About me:

I work with men who carry a lot—and often, quietly.
Founders, fathers, creatives, leaders.
Men who are strong on the outside, but inwardly asking:
“Is this all there is?”
I know that question well.

I didn’t grow up with healthy masculine role models.
I had to piece it together myself—through experience, collapse,
and constant inquiry.
I served in the military. Worked with underprivileged youth,
and had a great career as a commercial photographer and filmmaker.
My deep interest in human behaviour led me to study psychotherapy and sit with both men and women as they navigated some of the darkest chapters of their lives.

But it wasn’t until I became a single father—and faced the deep internal battles of self-worth and feeling completely lost—that I began to rediscover myself and uncover my true calling.

It was in those quiet, heavy moments that I realized:
Strength isn’t about holding it all.
It’s about knowing when to lay it down.
To stop pretending.
To meet myself with self-compassion—maybe for the first time.
That’s when the real work began—first within me.
And now, with the inspiring men I guide.

Today, my practice blends psychological depth, somatic presence, mindfulness,
emotional intelligence, and grounded leadership.
It’s not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you are underneath the noise.
This isn’t performance. It’s not pressure.
It’s not a mindset trick.
It’s a return.
To presence. To clarity.
And to a purpose that actually feels like yours.
